Senior TCTC Culinary Arts Students battle it out...
Under the instruction of Chef Lashaugn Williams, and as part of their senior project, Thunderbolt Career and Technology Culinary Arts Students create and prepare a signature rice dish. Event participants purchase taste tickets and vote on their favorite dish. The top team will be crowned Rice Festival Top Chef!

No cost to enter
Purchase tickets for $1 per taste/sample size of each dish.
Take home portions can be purchased for $5.
